After demolition is finished, Jakarta Provincial Government will build low-rent flat (rusunawa) in Kampung Pulo area, Kampung Melayu Urban Village, Jatinegara, East Jakarta.

He also stated that all of Kampung Pulo residents could come back to their hometown. "If the flat completed, you can get back to Kampung Pulo," he uttered.

"But for now, I can't give tolerance to you, if you have land certificate, I will pay for it," told Basuki.
Previously, Basuki had checked land certificate in Kampung Pulo through urban village and sub-district head. Moreover, he claimed to replace their land with 1.5 times larger if they have the certificate.
"Unfortunately after I read their certificate, they only have building purchase on state-owned land letter which means this land belong to us," told Basuki.
